My Therapeutic Approach
I take a client-centered, strengths-based approach to clinical work. The power of exposures has developed my main approach when working with individuals with OCD and anxiety. Moreover, my training is specifically in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

My Education and Training
Presently, I am a doctoral student at Northeastern University’s PhD in counseling psychology program. My current clinical training is a two-year practicum position (2017-2019) at McLean Anxiety Mastery Program (MAMP). My previous placements were at McLean Franciscan Child & Adolescent Inpatient Mental Health Program, the South End Community Health Center, and Billerica Memorial High School. I have also held clinical research positions at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston University, and the Bedford VA Medical Center.

My Areas of Specialty
Through my comprehensive training at McLean’s intensive partial treatment program, MAMP, I have a strong background working with individuals with OCD, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, social anxiety, specific phobias, and hoarding difficulties. I am passionate about working with people who are struggling with OCD and anxiety, and helping individuals face their fears in an empowering, supportive, and structured manner.
